Terms of Service & Participant Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between you (“Client” or “You”) and Latitude East, LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us” "Latitude Talent Studios"). By enrolling in or using any of our services, including development sessions or monthly studio access, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Latitude is not a talent agency, employer or a talent scout or manager; the site is only a venue. Latitude does not promise, negotiate or facilitate employment. The number of casting calls available on the complementary platform (if available) varies by location, roles available and the level of experience required. As with any business, results may vary, and will be based on individual capacity, experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of income the user may experience. Latitude Talent Studios does not represent you as an agent, manager or otherwise. 

 

LATITUDE TALENT STUDIOS WILL NOT (1) PROCURE OR OBTAIN, OR OFFER, PROMISE OR ATTEMPT TO PROCURE, OBTAIN, OR ASSIST IN PROCURING OR OBTAINING, EMPLOYMENT FOR YOU, (2) MAKE YOU AVAILABLE TO EMPLOYERS SEEKING EMPLOYEES ON A PART-TIME OR TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT BASIS, (3) PROCURE, OBTAIN, OFFER, PROMISE, OR ATTEMPT TO PROCURE OR OBTAIN, EMPLOYMENT OR ENGAGEMENTS FOR YOU AS AN ACTOR, ACTRESS, PERFORMING ARTIST, VOCALIST, MUSICIAN OR MODEL, OR (4) ACT AS A PLACEMENT FIRM, CAREER COUNSELING SERVICE, OR RESUME OR MODELING SERVICE.

 

LATITUDE TALENT STUDIOS WILL NOT ADVERTISE TO YOU IN ANY MANNER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR A FEE: CAREER COUNSELING; VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE; APTITUDE, ACHIEVEMENT OR VOCATIONAL TESTING; EXECUTIVE CONSULTING; PERSONNEL CONSULTING; CAREER MANAGEMENT, EVALUATION, OR PLANNING; THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESUMES AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS RELATING TO THE PREPARATION FOR EMPLOYMENT; OR REFERRAL SERVICES RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT OR EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS.

1. Services Provided

Latitude East, LLC provides creative development services and with monthly studio access for individuals seeking to improve their professional presentation in modeling, acting, and entertainment. We are not a talent agency, casting company, or model management firm, and do not represent, secure or charge for employment for talent.

a. Development Service (One-Time Fee)

A one-time creative service that includes:

• A studio photo session

• Delivery of up to 25 unedited digital photographs

• Optional editing/retouching for an additional fee

b. Monthly Studio Subscription (Ongoing Service)

Subscribers receive access to our studio once per calendar month, subject to availability and first-come, first-served booking to attend a photo shoot.

• A separate booking fee applies per session

• Sessions must be reserved in advance; unused time does not roll over

• Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund

2. Third-Party Casting Access (Complimentary  Feature if Available)

Access to casting listings is provided solely as a complimentary feature and is not part of the paid subscription service offered by Latitude East, LLC.

This access is operated by Studio Brands, LLC. By accessing their platform, you agree to be bound by Studio Brands, LLC’s Terms & Conditions.

Latitude East, LLC does not control, endorse, or guarantee any opportunities or outcomes from listings shared by Studio Brands LLC. We are not responsible for your use of third-party platforms.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees (including enrollment, subscription, and booking fees) are non-refundable.

• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in advance of the next billing date.

• Cancelation will stop future payments but will not refund any prior charges.

4. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that participation in our services does not guarantee employment, exposure, representation, or any specific results. You are solely responsible for your own submissions, follow-up, and outcomes.

5. Code of Conduct

Clients agree to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times while on premises or communicating with staff. We reserve the right to deny access or cancel services for any conduct deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or abusive.

6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You understand and agree that participation in any service involves personal risk. You hereby release and discharge Latitude East, LLC, its employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from:

• Physical injury or property damage

• Illness or exposure to allergens or pathogens

• Emotional or reputational harm

This release is binding and includes claims arising from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Binding Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your relationship with the Company, or any services rendered shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in New York.

​

Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually and privately through arbitration.

8. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any claim against the Company shall be brought in your individual capacity only and not as part of a class, collective, or representative proceeding. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration against the Company.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​
